Quick gloss on Xquery in said post

Added a simple gloss on the use of Xquery to generate the said.csv data, and some usability enhancements.

- Renamed Nav menu option to Data
- Changed sub-titles on TEI collection listing page and posts
Show Xquery
- Added a section about Generating the Raw Data
- Added the first two levels of the Xquery script to that section
- Added the xml output format with one line of results to that section
- Added the Xquery snippet for each column to the data dictionary section
